General (General) Bodybuilding Program for Beginners and Explained with Pictures
This is called a general program, a bodybuilding exercise program that suits those who have never exercised iron before. It is also suitable for those who have been cut off from iron exercises for a long time, as most of the exercises are on devices that ensure easy performance.
But the ease of performing the exercises and the simplicity of the program do not mean that the training session is a picnic, but you should periodically increase weights and exercise with high intensity until your muscles respond.

The program consists of two exercises, Exercise A and Exercise B with:
Each exercise is performed twice a week, meaning you'll go to the gym 4 times a week. The format of the week shall be as follows:
Saturday: Exercise A
Sunday: Rest
Monday: Exercise B
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Exercise A
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Exercise B (or rest, no problem exercising 3 times a week)
